01
Not Enough Numbers
錯誤1:沒有多少數(shù)據(jù)。換句話說,就是“不具體”!
很多人寫簡歷的時候,努力沖擊自己的簡歷(impressive)
所以我會用各種巨大的詞堆積起來。例如:
I consistently exceded sales quota。
我一直超過銷售指標(biāo)。
這樣的內(nèi)容毫無意義。因為你只是說:“我沒事,我真的很喜歡。”我只是在說:“你到底是怎么做的?”因為根本沒說。
招聘官想看到的不是沖擊力,而是具體的(specific)
所以,不是寫自己有什么能力,而是寫能夠體現(xiàn)這種能力的具體事例。

Bad Formatting or Too Long
錯誤2:排版混亂或過長。簡歷的排版真的很重要!
簡歷的排版反映了你組織信息的能力。簡歷最重要的是“簡潔”,其次是“層次分明”,在這兩個基礎(chǔ)上“不過分”。

Relevant Skills Are Too Hard to Find
錯誤3:找到相關(guān)技術(shù)太難了。招聘是你的經(jīng)歷和技術(shù)積累得越多越好!
技術(shù)的這一部分應(yīng)該“盡可能突出”,“盡可能相關(guān)”。比較可靠的方法是把它們提煉成一個詞,然后在簡歷開頭的第二版上用表格列出,然后接著寫相關(guān)的經(jīng)歷。(莎士比亞)。
畢竟,這也是關(guān)于那個詞的:具體的。

There's No Clear Narrative
錯誤4:說明
不清晰。能用短句說清楚的就不要用長句,能用一句講完的就不要分兩句;你的一段經(jīng)歷是否為你加分,取決于“它到底是什么”,而不是“你怎么形容它”。
另外一種錯誤就是“該強調(diào)的沒強調(diào)”,你最重要、最相關(guān)的那段經(jīng)歷是應(yīng)該被強調(diào)的,這一條最好寫在最前,而且寫得具體。

Suspiciously Vague or Just Boring
錯誤5:含糊到簡直可疑,或者無聊透頂。有的人在列舉工作經(jīng)歷的時候,只寫年份,不寫月份!
有的甚至干脆不寫時間;這些都很可疑,會讓招聘人員懷疑你是不是想掩蓋“頻繁的跳槽”、“大段的空窗期”這種負面信息。
還有一種失敗簡歷,那就是把所有的經(jīng)歷都寫得很籠統(tǒng)的簡歷,一點也不具體。

獲得一份好的工作,你需要一份漂亮的簡歷,給你的面試官留下一個好的印象,下面我給大家總結(jié)了一份簡歷模板,大家可以參考一下:
1 Education(教育背景)
時間+學(xué)校名稱:字體加粗、日期寫到年份即可;
學(xué)位+專業(yè)名稱:采用“Bachelor of 某專業(yè)”的格式;
2 Internship/Social activities(實習(xí)經(jīng)歷)
在職人員改為work experience(工作經(jīng)歷);
時間:月份在前,年份在后;月份取前三個字母作為簡寫,如:Dec.2020;
職務(wù):職位名+公司名+地點;
工作職責(zé)在前,1-2條即可;工作成績在后,同樣1-2條即可,盡量使用短語、過去時或者一般現(xiàn)在時,避免使用進行時態(tài)或者未來時態(tài);
3 Skill(其他能力)
語言能力:建議“fluent”形容,并附上BEC、雅思或者托福成績;
IT能力:包括 Proficient on PowerPoint、Excel、Word等;
4 簡歷排版
標(biāo)題:使用半角英文標(biāo)點:逗號、句號、分號、冒號、感嘆號、問號后需加半角空格;
行距:建議設(shè)置為1.2-1.5倍字號大小
除了正規(guī)的簡歷格式,還有一點,就是我們從小的應(yīng)試教育讓我們的口語不占優(yōu)勢,但是口語在外企確實是非常重要的!
