Beijing， China， 24 Nov – Beijing Capital International Airport （BCIA） has launched a tender for building a hotel complex to a total value of USD 74 million， said BCIA manager Liu Guixin.中國(guó)，北京，11月24日－北京首都國(guó)際機(jī)場(chǎng)經(jīng)理劉桂新稱，首都國(guó)際機(jī)場(chǎng)已經(jīng)開(kāi)始招標(biāo)修建旅館區(qū)，總費(fèi)用為7400萬(wàn)美元。

　　This is the first time the state company has requested private investors to take part in a project.這是首都機(jī)場(chǎng)第一次邀請(qǐng)私人投資者參與項(xiàng)目建設(shè)。

　　According to Guixin the complex will include a 4-star hotel， a budget hotel and a building for national and international air carriers.劉桂新稱，旅館區(qū)將包括一個(gè)四賓館，一個(gè)經(jīng)濟(jì)型旅館，以及一座為國(guó)內(nèi)和國(guó)際航空公司準(zhǔn)備的大樓。

　　The complex will take 20 months to build and the concession of the tender will be decided in December of this year.旅館區(qū)建設(shè)期為20個(gè)月，今年12月將決定投標(biāo)的特許經(jīng)營(yíng)期限。

　　The complex will be located next to Terminal 3 and should be finished in 2007. At the same time a new highway and a metro line will be built to link Beijing to the new terminal.旅館區(qū)將緊挨著三號(hào)候機(jī)樓修建，2007年完工。到那時(shí)，北京市區(qū)和機(jī)場(chǎng)之間還將建成一條新高速公路及一條新地鐵。

　　The hotel complex is part of the Beijing Airport renovation project of a total value of USD 3.7 billion.旅館區(qū)是北京機(jī)場(chǎng)改造工程的一部分。改造工程總費(fèi)用為37億美元。

　　The airport is currently working over capacity and the reconstruction project will equip it to deal with the influx of passengers and cargo expected during the 2008 Olympic Games.目前，首都機(jī)場(chǎng)超負(fù)荷運(yùn)行，改造工程將使其提高旅客和貨物接納能力，以迎接2008年奧運(yùn)會(huì)。

　　Liu Guixin said the tender was also open to proposals from foreign companies.招標(biāo)還向外國(guó)公司開(kāi)放。

　　Guixin added that business conditions after the Games are expected to be very good given that there is an increasing number of businessmen traveling to Beijing and a new 200，000 square-meter exhibition center will be built next to the airport.劉桂新補(bǔ)充道，奧運(yùn)會(huì)過(guò)后，越來(lái)越多的商人將來(lái)北京旅行，另外，緊挨著機(jī)場(chǎng)還會(huì)修建一個(gè)20萬(wàn)平方米的展覽中心，機(jī)場(chǎng)的商業(yè)條件將會(huì)非常好。

　　35 million people currently pass through Beijing Airport as well as 790，000 tons of cargo each year.目前，每年北京機(jī)場(chǎng)接納旅客3500萬(wàn)人次，貨物79萬(wàn)噸。

　　After the renovation those figures will increase to 72 million passengers and 2 to 3 million tons of cargo， making it the world‘s 10th busiest airport.改造之后，機(jī)場(chǎng)每年可接納7200萬(wàn)旅客，200萬(wàn)到300萬(wàn)噸的貨物，為世界第10大繁忙機(jī)場(chǎng)。
