用途：1、 在酶切反應(yīng)緩沖液中加入BSA，通過提高溶液中蛋白質(zhì)的濃度，對酶起保護(hù)作用。防止酶的分解和非特異性吸附，能減輕有些酶的變性，減輕不利環(huán)境因素如加熱，表面張力及化學(xué)因素引起的變性的。

2 、ELISA中也常常用到，比如封閉液，樣本稀釋液，酶結(jié)合物稀釋液都可以用BSA。

3、生化研究，遺傳工程和藥物研究
